Quality Control Manager – LRM Communications

The Quality Control Manager leads the new Communications Quality Control Squad, combining hands-on communication creation with peer reviews, coaching, and continuous improvement to ensure high standards in customer communications. The role involves influencing communication design, testing, and delivery while embedding best practices across the LRM Communications team and wider business. This position supports the development of QC Consultants and drives customer-centred communication excellence through behavioural science and specialist tools.
