Quality Director, Global Operational Excellence

The Quality Director, Global Operational Excellence provides enterprise-level leadership for Flowserve’s Quality Management System, ensuring alignment and consistent implementation across operations and facilities worldwide. This U.S.-based role reports to the VP, HSEQS and focuses on establishing quality direction, monitoring system consistency, and supporting organizational development of quality capabilities. The position supports cross-functional deployment of quality solutions and engages with internal and external stakeholders at an enterprise level.
