Quality Director - Salty Network

This role leads the execution of the Product Excellence Program across The Hershey Company's Salty Network facilities in the US and Canada, overseeing food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The position manages a team responsible for capital, innovation, and continuous improvement projects while driving enterprise quality performance through data and insights. It serves as the primary escalation contact for co-manufacturing and co-packing partners within the network.
