The Quality Lab Technician at Union Technologies is responsible for performing mechanical testing and failure analysis on metal parts, ensuring product integrity and compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This role involves hands-on measurement, operating precision instruments and CMM for dimensional inspections, preparing metallurgical samples, and managing calibration programs for measurement equipment. The technician must maintain accurate documentation, uphold laboratory standards, and support engineers in root-cause investigations, all while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

ASQ certifications such as CQT or CQIExperience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment is mandatory.
