About this role

Absci is seeking a pragmatic, broad-based quality leader to own and evolve its Quality Management System while driving a culture of quality across the organization. This director-level role requires hands-on experience with GxP disciplines (GCP, GMP, GLP) to build robust quality infrastructure, manage audits, and ensure compliance as the company scales. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally to integrate quality standards into early-stage workflows and support regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a robust Quality Management System across GCP, GMP, and GLP environments
Lead internal and external audits including CRO and CMO vendor qualification and oversight
Oversee CAPA management, deviation handling, and change control processes to ensure compliance
