About this role

The VP, Clinical Ops is a senior, hands-on Study Management leader responsible for the end-to-end Sponsor operational leadership of a clinical development program. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of ongoing Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies while leading the operational strategy, planning, and readiness for an upcoming global registrational Phase 3 program. The leader integrates execution across studies, countries, CROs, vendors, sites, and internal functions to ensure the delivery of key development milestones with quality, speed, and predictability.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational strategy and execution for global Phase 1 through Phase 3 clinical programs
Establish rigorous CRO governance and vendor oversight to ensure quality, timelines, and budget performance
Apply AI and advanced analytics to optimize feasibility, enrollment forecasting, and site selection strategies
