Quality LVN

The Quality LVN serves as a key liaison between the Quality Department and medical providers to drive quality performance and improve patient outcomes across the network. This role focuses on advancing the organization's goal of achieving 5-star ratings across all Independent Physician Associations by monitoring HEDIS and UDS measures and addressing care gaps. The position involves collaborating with clinic teams to ensure timely interventions and exceptional patient care.
