WellSpace Health
The Wellness Ambassador is a key member of the Quality team focused on improving HEDIS and UDS rates through meaningful patient engagement. This role works within WellSpace Centers to facilitate addressing care gaps and engaging patients in real time, telephonically, and through care coordination. The position collaborates directly with Quality, clinical, and operational staff across care streams to support continuous quality improvement.
