The Quality Supervisor at Union Technologies is responsible for leading Quality Control operations on the shop floor, overseeing a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer standards in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment. This role involves enforcing quality standards, conducting real-time inspections, driving root cause analysis for problem-solving, and maintaining audit readiness. The supervisor will also track key performance indicators and collaborate with other departments to support process control and product integrity in metalworking and assembly processes.
