The role focuses on researching and developing systematic arbitrage strategies for decentralized exchanges, analyzing on‑chain microstructure and order‑book data to identify and model structural opportunities. The researcher will own the full research lifecycle, from hypothesis generation and backtesting to post‑launch performance monitoring, and will work closely with execution engineers to bring strategies into production.
