Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy)

The Quantity Surveyor will specialise in the Pre-Contract space on a major infrastructure programme, supporting the implementation of commercial and contractual strategies during the procurement phase. This role involves assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in developing contracts with robust commercial terms and optimal risk allocation to ensure successful post-contract administration. The position requires extensive experience with the NEC4 suite and the full pre-award cycle, including tender strategy and negotiation.
