Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will specialise in the Pre-Contract space on a major infrastructure programme, supporting the implementation of commercial and contractual strategies during the procurement phase. This role involves assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in developing contracts with robust commercial terms and optimal risk allocation to ensure successful post-contract administration. The position requires expertise in the NEC4 suite and significant experience in the full pre-award cycle, including tender strategy and negotiation.
