About this role

As a Member of Technical Staff in GlobalFoundries' Quantum Technology Solutions, this role focuses on developing and maintaining Process Design Kits (PDKs) for quantum devices and cryogenic control ICs. The engineer will bridge device physics with manufacturing by creating compact models, device libraries, and EDA integration tools to enable scalable quantum platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PDKs for quantum devices and cryogenic ICs
Create device libraries and parameterized cells for design enablement
Integrate and validate PDKs within EDA environments
Design test structures and validate model accuracy against silicon data
Collaborate with device and process teams to support technology scaling
