About this role
Under direction, receives incoming calls and online requests from patients and referring providers to facilitate access to care. Performs patient registration and schedules appointments using enterprise systems in a telephone/computer-based role with no face-to-face interaction. Ensures timely, accurate demographic, medical, financial, and referral data entry while maintaining confidentiality.
