R&D Leader, Assay Development & Consumables Integration

This role leads the Assay Development & Consumables Integration team within the Handheld Systems organization, overseeing the end-to-end development of assay chemistry and consumable components for point-of-care handheld blood gas instruments. The position requires a seasoned leader to drive scientific innovation, ensure robust system-level performance, and manage the integration of hardware, software, and assay designs. The leader will mentor a multidisciplinary team, establish product requirements, and ensure compliance with global IVD regulatory standards while optimizing manufacturing processes for high-volume production.
