The RE Transformation Manager leads high-impact transformation initiatives across Relationship Excellence and horizontal workflows, including Technology and RE Operations. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the RE Transformation roadmap, building scalable Voice of the Employee capabilities, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, predictability, organizational health, and client service. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership, disciplined execution, and strong stakeholder influence to advance AI-enabled and process-led transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of the RE Transformation roadmap and change enablement
Identify and execute AI-enabled transformation opportunities for measurable business impact
Establish demand-capacity alignment and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decision-making
