Real Estate & Workplace Manager

The Real Estate & Workplace Manager is responsible for planning, establishing, and managing real-estate and workplace arrangements for ECE across multiple countries. The role involves translating business and operational needs into cost-effective premises solutions, coordinating site selection, lease negotiations, and transitions as the organization prepares for a planned separation from Nokia. This position supports the establishment of a stand-alone business entity with fit-for-purpose office, lab, and storage facilities.
