Receiving Clerk

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving all goods for the hotel, ensuring deliveries match purchase orders and specifications while maintaining high hygiene standards in the receiving bay. The role involves monitoring supplier vehicle temperatures, tracking short expiry items, and preparing reports on short deliveries or rejections for follow-up. Additionally, the position requires managing purchase orders, updating asset files, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.
