Receiving Officer

The Receiving Officer at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is responsible for the daily receiving of all deliveries, ensuring accurate checks on quantity, price, weight, quality, and specifications in compliance with HACCP and MOHG standards. This role involves maintaining records, updating supplier audit files, posting invoices into the procurement system, and keeping receiving areas clean and orderly. Reporting to the Director of Cost Management, the position requires adherence to hotel receiving policies and timely communication regarding any discrepancies.
