Recess Coach

The Recess Coach partners with the Playworks Site Coordinator to implement structured recess programs during designated weeks, independently managing recess periods and supervising Junior Coaches when the Site Coordinator is unavailable. This seasonal, part-time role requires engaging kindergarten through 8th-grade students, facilitating games, and maintaining a safe, positive environment. The position involves working irregular hours, including split shifts and evenings, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
