Recipe Specialist

The Recipe Specialist supports Crumbl’s Research & Development and Testing teams by assessing and refining recipes to ensure they meet quality and operational standards across all locations. The role oversees recipe performance throughout various development phases and manages updates in the internal recipe instructional library. It also contributes to international recipe adaptation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain consistency and scalability of products.
