Records Clerk

The Records Clerk supports the Records Management Unit by managing the intake, retrieval, and disposal of case files and evidence while ensuring compliance with retention schedules. This role involves processing customer requests, maintaining accurate records in electronic and physical systems, and providing administrative support to internal stakeholders. The position requires handling sensitive information and may involve driving to various locations within the five boroughs.
