A Recovery Navigator at Northumberland Recovery Partnership (part of Waythrough) supports people through their recovery journeys by providing personalised guidance and coordinating access to community and clinical services. This community-based role works within a large UK mental health and social support charity to improve clients’ independence and wellbeing.
