Sr. Recruiter (High-Volume Manufacturing)

This role is responsible for executing high-volume recruitment strategies to support new business growth and large-scale operational workforce needs. The High-Volume Recruiter will partner with Operations, HR, and Workforce Planning teams to manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding direct labor employees. Key duties involve developing candidate pipelines, coordinating hiring events, and tracking recruiting metrics to ensure timely hiring for production ramps.
