Recruiter (Level 1)

The Recruiter (Level 1) develops and implements sourcing strategies to recruit and retain top healthcare professionals for the Icahn School of Medicine and the Icahn Medical Research Institute at Mount Sinai. This role serves as a liaison between Human Resources, departments, and hiring managers to facilitate operational and staffing goals while managing the hiring and selection process for various research, administrative, and clinical positions. The position requires on-site work at the New York City office.
