About this role

This role is a Talent Acquisition position within Blue Origin's corporate functions, specifically supporting the Operations department including Supply Chain, Safety, and Test Operations. The incumbent acts as a strategic talent advisor to leadership, developing sourcing models, and partnering with hiring managers to recruit top technical professionals for spaceflight systems. This opportunity is exclusively offered through the Department of Defense SkillBridge program for active-duty service members transitioning to civilian life.

Responsibilities

Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership
Develop sourcing models and execute robust search strategies
Engage, screen, and interview candidates to build talent pipelines
Collaborate with hiring managers to scope requisitions and debrief candidates
Coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team
