About this role
IEM is hiring a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner based in Surrey, B.C., reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the company’s hiring efforts. The role is part of the Talent Acquisition team and focuses on consulting with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire talent while promoting IEM as an employer of choice. The position follows a hybrid schedule with two required in-office days per week and includes light international travel to U.S. offices.
