Owens & Minor is hiring a Recruiter to manage hiring for U.S.-based roles across multiple functions while partnering closely with a Talent Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner. The position reports to the Recruiting Manager and will begin as remote for roughly the first year before transitioning to an onsite office in Monterrey, Mexico. The role focuses on delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience aligned to talent strategy and business objectives.
