BOXABL is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried positions across a fast-paced modular manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining compliance with all employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, construction, industrial, or skilled trades environments.
