Recruiter

SRM is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Development, Construction, and Property Management. This hands-on individual contributor partners with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, attract qualified candidates, and drive a consistent, high-quality hiring process from intake through onboarding. The Recruiter is also responsible for continuously evaluating and improving SRM’s recruiting processes, tools, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
