The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain qualified talent across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an efficient, professional, and compliant hiring process. The position also focuses on strengthening relationships with external agencies, educational institutions, and military transition offices to expand the talent pipeline while minimizing external recruiting costs.
