Recruiter

The Recruiter supports Goodwill Industries of South Florida by managing and coordinating recruitment activities across multiple divisions, including Mission Services, IT, and Finance. This role assists with the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to extending job offers and facilitating onboarding. The position ensures compliance with organizational policies and hiring practices while partnering with leadership to address staffing needs.
