Meritum Energy is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, owning full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for requisitions across multiple operating regions, including DOT-regulated driving positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring strict adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and company compliance standards. The ideal candidate will build candidate pipelines, develop strong relationships with hiring managers, and deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact through the first day.
