Recruiter

The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process for Variety Care and NorthCare, handling sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This role partners with hiring managers and leadership to advise on hiring best practices and talent acquisition strategy while delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. The position requires maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and supporting organizational accreditation and healthcare reform goals.
