Recruiting Consultant

As a Recruiting Consultant at PowerUs, you will build a new business unit from the ground up, taking full ownership of the 360° recruiting process. You will actively acquire new clients, understand their hiring needs, and source suitable candidates through direct outreach and various channels. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact and screening to interview coordination and final placement, while establishing scalable processes and tools.
