About this role

As the first Recruiting Coordinator based in Singapore, you will deliver a warm, high-touch interview experience for candidates across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner closely with APAC recruiters and hiring managers, serve as the local point of contact for candidates and interviewers, and help keep hiring moving efficiently as part of a follow-the-sun coordination model. This role involves owning end-to-end coordination for the region and acting as the go-to operator for APAC hiring logistics.

Responsibilities

Schedule high volume APAC interview loops across multiple time zones and stakeholder calendars
Serve as primary point of contact for candidates with culturally aware communication
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to flag capacity risks and local market norms
