Recruiting Manager

The Recruitment Manager leads talent acquisition across American Equipment’s multi-location organization, attracting and hiring skilled people to support business growth. This role owns the full recruiting process, from workforce planning and sourcing through offer and onboarding, with a focus on hard-to-fill skilled trades and other positions. The position partners with hiring managers and HR, manages recruiting staff and tools, and builds pipelines and employer brand to support company growth.
