Referral Coordinator

This role is responsible for processing all patient referrals for specialty services and ensuring proper authorization and processing according to center protocols. The position involves monitoring referral reports, maintaining accurate patient registration and insurance information, and communicating with specialists and patients to facilitate timely care. The coordinator also follows up on outstanding documents and notifies physicians of missed appointments.
