Referral Specialist

The Referral Specialist coordinates all referrals to Berks Counseling Center and manages communications with the Admissions Department. This role fosters strong relationships with referral sources, promotes effective collaboration among teams, and tracks referred individuals' engagement and progress through the admissions process. The position serves as the primary point of contact for referral sources regarding admission status, program availability, and service eligibility.
