Scheduler

This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of all provider schedules at Berks Counseling Center. The role involves conducting outreach to clients to schedule ongoing services, updating demographic and insurance information, and collaborating with staff to ensure timely care delivery. The scheduler manages appointment reminders, handles cancellations, and maintains efficient turnaround times for client communications.
