About this role
The Catlettsburg Refinery Engineering Director leads the refinery’s Engineering Department, overseeing Area Team Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Major/Capital Projects. The role is a member of the Refinery Leadership Team reporting to the Refinery Vice President and provides strategic leadership for engineering activities at the site. The Director is responsible for maintaining engineering documentation and process safety information and supporting long-term refinery planning.
