About this role
MSI is hiring a Regional Business Development Manager for Personal Lines to lead regional distribution and accelerate growth of personal lines products across a defined West Coast territory. The role reports to the Head of Personal Lines Distribution and includes oversight of State BDMs and alignment of state performance with regional objectives. This is a remote, West Coast–based position with significant travel requirements.
