Regional HRM

The Regional HRM serves as a strategic HR partner to managers and staff, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. This role involves leading complex employee relations matters, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The position also includes overseeing recruiters, facilitating training, and developing trusted partnerships across the assigned region.
