Regional Human Resources Generalist

This role serves as the primary HR point of contact for hourly and salaried staff across multiple Cardinal offices and project sites in the Denver, NC region. The position leads the full HR lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with wage-and-hour and prevailing wage regulations. The incumbent provides hands-on, on-the-ground support to field crews and office personnel while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring consistent policy application.
