Regional Network Development Manager - West

This role is responsible for executing the dealer network growth strategy for JCB North America within a defined geographic region. The incumbent will identify market gaps, recruit and onboard high-performing dealers, and drive performance improvements across sales and service metrics. Key activities include managing the full dealer lifecycle from due diligence to integration and fostering strong relationships with dealer leadership to expand JCB's presence in agriculture and construction equipment markets.
