Regional Network Development Manager - West

This role is responsible for executing JCB North America's dealer network growth strategy across a defined geographic region. The incumbent will identify market gaps, recruit and onboard high-performing dealers, and drive performance improvements to expand JCB's presence in agriculture and construction equipment markets. The position requires close collaboration with regional managers and cross-functional teams while conducting regular business reviews and field visits.
