Regional Sales Manager

This role is responsible for managing omnichannel business across all cities outside of Wuhan, including overseeing five distributors and collaborating on joint customer management and business planning. The position involves developing new retail channels such as flash warehouses and snack stores, tracking sales targets, and executing actionable plans to achieve business goals. Additionally, the role focuses on identifying and onboarding distributors in blank cities to expand channel coverage within the region.
