Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Managers are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned region, staffing and directing a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve maximum profitability and growth. This role collaborates closely with Branch Managers and Regional Directors to ensure tight collaboration between Sales and Operations, delivering best-in-class customer experiences while establishing strategies to expand the customer base. The position also contributes to the development of training and educational programs for Sales Managers and Frontline colleagues.
