Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will deliver one‑on‑one, play‑based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic setting. Working under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT follows individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, collects data, and supports daily living skills while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. The role offers full‑time and part‑time schedules with benefits and assistance toward RBT certification.
