Valley Behavioral Health
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct support to adults with autism as they develop daily living, social, and vocational skills that promote greater independence. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, the RBT implements individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions designed to build functional skills and encourage meaningful community participation. The role involves collaborating with a treatment team to support each individual's personal goals and improve communication, social, and functional living skills.
